Power of Personality

Understanding your personality type can benefit you greatly. The study of personality began in Ancient Greece. Hippocrates looked at personality as being either hot/cold or moist/dry. Aristotle followed suit with his own version of personality types. This was followed by Franz Gall in the 18th century. He developed the fun pseudoscience of phrenology. This is basically the study of bumps on one’s skull which tell a story about you. Sigmond freud was probably the most famous with his development of the Id, Ego and Superego. However, I go into detail about Introverts vs. Extroverts which was developed by Carl Jung. Introverts gain energy from their internal world while Extroverts on the other hand gain energy from the external world. I help you determine which of these you predominately use. Also, I share tips in how to improve in the areas that you may struggle in. This is powerful information that can better help you understand yourself and how you relate to others and the world around you.
