Learn how being present can improve your day and your relationships. I am guilty of just going through the motions while with my family, especially on vacation. I am thinking about my goals for the year, everything I forgot to do and everything I need to do when I get home. The result is that my mind is completely wiped out after being on vacation. I share with you my recent experience of doing this. Also, I provide you with my go to strategy to break this cycle. These two tips will get you back on your feet and feeling refreshed. Just remember that having all the tools for success does not mean it happens automatically. You have to practice your new skills on a daily basis.
